This Monday happened to be my brother-in-laws day off. Boy were we lucky, we failed inspection at the right time!
We were leaving the valley and there was some gorgeous fog looming around the Wellsville Mountains.
I had no clue we were passing Pierces’ barn. I should have rolled the window down more!
Once we got into Ogden, Kyle (brother-in-law) needed to run to his shop and pick up some of his tools. We ran into Sam’s and Wal-Mart to kill time. At Wal-Mart we finally found snow boots to fit Samantha. Logan was sold out. We grabbed some new ones for Emma too. Then we drove to Clearfield and met my Sister Alison, Kyle and their daughter Shaylee (the boys were still in school) for lunch at the Philly Shop. If you are ever in Clearfield on a weekday at lunch time, you should go check it out! They are very delicious. Next we drove to Alison’s house. They had to run to Auto Zone to pick up parts, so we had to wait for a bit.
Benji greeted us.
Eric played for a bit on Braden’s Half Pipe. He didn’t do too well and I didn’t get the camera fast enough so no embarrassing shots of Eric.
When Alison and Kyle got home, Eric and Kyle took the car next door (Kyle’s parents) to fix it. I ran out of wipes and had to go grab more, this is what I found:
Eric watched and sometimes assisted. Kyle changed out both rear struts, the bulb and our serpentine belt in two hours. Kyle, thank you, you are awesome! He did it for less than half the price!
