Cupcake Hat

Yesterday a friend asked me to make a cupcake hat.

I love it. I am now formulating bigger sizes. I am done writing the pattern for the bow hats. All that is left is to get on the computer. Hoping to release them soon.

All is well

I didn’t realize that I had left the last post last year on this blog as such a downer. Eric was finally able to find a job about a year ago. He works for support.com and we are hanging in there. My dreams of being a stay at home mom did not come to pass. Maybe someday. This last year has been a whirlwind. Emma started Girl Scouts and loves every minute of it. Eric’s oldest brother moved to Logan. We are no longer alone up here. Sammie continues to improve with her speech therapy. Rachelle is 2 and a half and it’s looking like she will start potty training soon. I am still working at T J Maxx. A few months ago Eric and I were both called to serve the youth in our ward. I am in the young women’s and Eric is in the young men’s. Life is sure busy around here.

Busy, Busy, Busy

I know it has been a while.  This summer has been crazy!  Gardener’s Market has been great this year!  We have been blessed with really great weeks.  Plus I am having so much fun knitting toys!  Rachelle is talking so much and even says big words like Alligator.  Had no clue a 15 month old could say words like that.  Emma is very excited to be in second grade and Sammie starts speech therapy soon.  I wish her therapist luck she is a stubborn little girl!

Now for the not so good news, last week, Eric’s position was cut at work.  We are on the job hunt.  Thankfully we will be ok until Dec because of the separation package that he was able to take advantage of, after that though things could get really scary.  If anyone hears about any computer openings from Logan to Salt Lake, please let us know.

Rachelle’s First Birthday!

 

We had a great birthday party with friends and family a few weeks ago.  Rachelle had fun opening all her gifts and she wasn’t so sure if she was allowed to eat the cake.  It sure was cute though!
